Allied Health Clearance Information
To: Allied Health Students
If you have been accepted into an Allied Health program for the current semester, you are required to complete a Health Clearance.
You may obtain your program’s specific Health Clearance requirements and needed documents from the Allied Health Department (located in Glacier Hall) or the Health Services offices.
In order to receive your health clearance (aka the “golden ticket”), you must have all required documents completed. You may choose to complete the requirements with your own physician or provider’s office, but please be sure to speak with a Health Services nurse to make sure you are on track. Upload all Health Clearance documents to your student Health Portal then contact Health Services to schedule a Health Clearance document review with our nurses. Only a Health Services nurse can provide the final “Golden Ticket” Health Clearance.

Retrieve Your Immunization Records
Health Clearance Requirements Include:
- TB Clearance:
- Two-step TST, IGRA Lab Screening (QuantiFERON TB Gold, Interferon, etc.) or Chest x-ray for previous history of TB Disease or positive screening
- Immunizations:
- Tdap (current within past 10 years),
- MMR (complete series or positive IgG titers)
- Varicella (complete series or positive IgG titers)
- Hepatitis B complete vaccination series AND positive surface antibody titer
- COVID (up to date series)
- Flu (current season)
- Health History and Physical
