Summer 2019 Appeal

	Step 1: Complete the Appeal Counseling session by clicking on the "Start SAP Appeal Counseling" link to the left. You will be able to print the Summer semester appeal once you complete the online counseling session! We recommend you choose a browser other than Internet Explorer.
	Step 2: Submit the following documents to the Student Financial Services Office (submission options are listed on the appeal form): Completed Appeal Form Appeal Contract Educational Plan Documentation

1. How will I be notified if my appeal is approved or denied? A decision regarding your appeal will be emailed to you. 2. How long will it take for may appeal to be processed? It will take 3-6 weeks to be processed once ALL Spring 2019 grades are posted. If you DID NOT attend the Spring 2019 semester, an email will be sent within 3-6 weeks.
