Fun, family-oriented Physics Show offered
The Modesto Area Partners in Science (MAPS) invites the community to “The Physics Show” by Frank Cascarano and David Marasco, physics professors at Foothill College. The free event is Friday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the State Theatre, 1307 J Street, Modesto.
Cascarano and Marasco will perform a series of attention grabbing and educational physics demonstrations. The experiments demonstrate that physics is not just important – it is also exciting and fun. The audience leaves with a better understanding of physics and its role in our lives.
Cascarano and Marasco annually give this popular presentation to thousands of bay area students. For more information on The Physics Show visit: http://www.mercurynews.com/2016/09/15/physics-show-a-smashing-success-with-students or http://www.thephysicsshow.com/home.
