Dreaming Of a Career in Culinary Arts?
Enroll today in two introductory culinary courses offered at both MJC and Columbia College!
Classes start on January 12, 2021 and include hybrid, online, and in person labs (COVID-19 safety protocols in place). Both courses are transferable towards a degree or certificate in Hospitality Management. Those interested will need to enroll through Columbia College and MJC students will need to fill out the required Concurrent Enrollment form.
Classes include:
- HPMGT 200 – Exploring Culinary and Baking Skills, 2.5 unitsTuesdays, 9:45 am – 1:00 pm
- HPMGT 120 – Safety and Sanitation, 1 unit
(Prepares students to take the ServSafe Food Protection Manager certificate exam)
Thursdays, 9:00 am – 11:05 am
