Modesto Junior College Allied Health Department
The Modesto Junior College Allied Health professions offer degree and certificate programs which are designed to prepare students for a career in specific health care occupations. The programs range from one semester to two academic years in length. There are five areas of study within Allied Health: Associate Degree Nursing, Advanced Placement Pathway for LVN's and Psych Tech's, Medical Assisting, Nurse Assistant, and Respiratory Care. Online Information Sessions for Pre Nursing Students + Q & A for Nursing Applicants via Zoom:
Do you intend on applying to the 2023 Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program or are interested in the ADN program? If so, please join us to learn more about the program and the application process by joining us via zoom. Registration is required for these one-hour interactive sessions. The Information Sessions will start on time; late arrivals are welcome to join us in a future session.

TEAS Testing
The TEAS test is a mandatory prerequisite for any student looking to enroll in a nursing
or allied health school. The test gauges a student's comprehension of essential subjects
and topics that were taught during high school and the first half of college. Exam
scores are used as an evaluation tool to determine whether or not an applicant has
the basic knowledge needed to do well in a health science program.
TEAS Test will be proctored on West Campus in Glacier Hall room 158 - computer lab
located on the first floor. Glacier Hall is located at: 2201 Blue Gum Ave, Modesto
California adjacent to parking lot 215. Here is Glacier Hall on Google Maps
