What is the Blackboard Help Desk for Online Students?
The Blackboard Help Desk: MJC and Columbia College students currently enrolled in online, hybrid or enhanced courses should call or email for Blackboard-related questions.
What kind of help we offer: The MJC and Columbia College Blackboard Help Desk answers Blackboard access-related questions and will be available to help students use the Blackboard tools. If we can't solve the problem right away, we will make every effort to resolve any Blackboard-related issues within one working day.
The Online Help Desk will be closed on the following holidays:
