On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Modesto Junior College Foundation, I am pleased to welcome you to the MJC Foundation website. This website provides information concerning the objectives of the Foundation, as well as some of our recent and upcoming activities.
The purpose of the Modesto Junior College Foundation is to
provide resources in support of the College's educational and student support programs. Through a variety of events and initiatives, including the annual Summer Sonata, the Foundation generates funds in support of student scholarships, instructional equipment, facilities improvements and other means of enhancing the programs and services offered by Modesto Junior College.
With an endowment in excess of $6 million, the Foundation is a significant provider of resources necessary to sustain the delivery of quality education and workforce training for the greater Modesto area.
