The Modesto Junior College Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Anti-Racism Committee is an Advisory Committee to the President (standalone committee and not part of governance committees). The IDEAA Committee will inform the President about the campus environment as it relates to IDEAA and develop strategies to support an inclusive campus where dialogue across differences can occur in a safe manner. 

2025-2026 Meeting Schedule

IDEAA Committee is currently being held virtually through Zoom.
Meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of the month from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. 

 

Representatives are appointed by constituent leaders.

Areas of Focus
  • Enhancing a diverse and inclusive campus culture supportive of all employees, students and community members
  • Assessing and Developing curriculum that promotes relevance and need of DEIA
  • Understanding and appreciation of Diversity through Professional development for all
  • Sharing student and employee experiences
  • Adherence to the goals and core commitments as identified by CCCCO.
