Modesto Junior College engages in the SCUP Integrated Planning Model. Integrated planning promotes cross-functional collaboration across the college, ensuring that institutional priorities are aligned from the mission to daily operations and coordinated across schools, departments, units, and processes. Engaging in this model creates a transparent planning process in which stakeholder input is frequently sought and used and establishes a clear path from goal development to implementation and progress measurement.
