                                 that are open to the public. All presentations are held virtually (Zoom) from 12:00

                                 build self-confidence.

Local Community Hospice & Health Services Erica White, LCSW, RYT-200, Mental Health
                                 Clinician will discuss how to heal stress and trauma using body-based practices.
