Fall 2025 Degree & Certificate Applications Due by Nov. 7th

Did you know that you have to apply for your degree or certificate? 

All MJC students that will completing their degree or certificate requirements in fall 2025, now is the time to submit your application.  The deadline to apply is November 7th.

Submit your degree/certificate application online when you are enrolled in your final course(s) to complete your program requirements! Click on one of the application buttons below to electronically submit your degree/certificate application. 

It is highly recommended students meet with a counselor to ensure that all all program requirements have been met.  Confirm eligibility for each award by looking at the "Requirements" tab in the Starfish degree plan. 

*To request a Course Substitution it is recommended to meet with a counselor.  Once course substitution is reviewed by the division office, please be sure the request is submitted to the Evaluations Office.  It is highly recommended you submit your course substitution request at the beginning of the semester in which you expect to complete your degree requirements to avoid any delays in the processing of your application.
