Review Eligibility: It is highly recommended you meet with a counselor to ensure you have met all program requirements. You can confirm eligibility for each award by looking at the "Requirements" tab in degree planner in Starfish.
Course Substitution: To request a Course Substitution we recommend meeting with a counselor. Once your course substitution is reviewed by the division office, please be sure your request is submitted to the Evaluations Office. It is highly recommended you submit your course substitution request at the beginning of the semester in which you expect to complete your degree requirements to avoid any delays in the processing of your application.
Other College Transcripts: Coursework from regionally accredited colleges and universities is accepted by MJC to fulfill degree and certificate requirements. Make sure all official transcripts (if applicable) have been submitted to Enrollment Services.
