According to federal and state regulations, students with a BA degree are not eligible to receive the Federal Pell Grant, Cal Grant, and most other types of financial aid.

This disqualification does not affect eligibility for the enrollment fee waiver, California College Promise Grant (CCPG).
If you completed the California Dream Act Application (CADAA), you should submit a Financial Aid Appeal for consideration of the Dream Grant.
