The Modesto Junior College Business Services Office is responsible for managing students'
accounts, processing payments, and overseeing the college's financial operations.
Our Services
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable– Fiscal payments and reimbursements of the college, including state and local fund
accounts.
AuxiliaryAccounting– Provide administrative and fiscal support of the Associated Students of Modesto
Junior College (ASMJC), and maintain auxiliary budgets for Modesto Junior College.
General College Accounting –Payments and reimbursements; financial reporting; invoicing; cash management; process
departmental deposits.
Student Fees– Accept payments for tuition, fees, and miscellaneous charges; process and disburse
refunds; manage delinquent accounts; process sponsorships and third party billing.
Travel– Process travel request and claims for employees and students in accordance with
ASMJC and Field Trip policies.
Registration Hold Notice
A zero balance is required to register for classes.
A student with an outstanding balance should arrange to pay their balance in full
or apply for financial aid. Registration will become available once any prior balances
are paid.
