Large Format Wall Graphics Request Procedure

  1. Design Request submitted by client with location and photos of the space

    • Determine the current use of the space with the assistance and approval of Events-Facilities & Duplicating Manager. If space is determined as open-use please complete steps 2-10. If space is determined to be a closed-use space continue with process completing steps 2-6, 10 & 11 (Steps 7-9 not required for closed-use.)

  2. M&PR to provide suggested areas to measure from photos.

  3. Requestor submits a Facilities Work Order to request measurements.

  4. Requestor submits measurements to Events-Facilities & Duplicating manager for pricing.

    • Events-Facilities & Duplicating Manager will determine if the project can be  completed in-house or if the requestor will need to go to an outside vendor.

  5. Requestor to confirm there is budget to fund the project with Account number, and Dean’s written approval

  6. M&PR creates artwork for review/revision/approval by requestor.

  7. Artwork approved by the requestor will be presented to RAF Committee for approval by requestor. 

    • Contact Jackie Hernandez to be added to the RAF agenda. 

    • If requested, revisions will be made by M&PR.

  8. Approved/Revised artwork presented at College Council for approval by requestor

    • Judy Wagner to be added to the College Council agenda. 

    • If requested, revisions will be made by M&PR.

  9. Submit RAF & College Council approvals to M&PR

  10. M&PR will prep files for print and submit to Duplicating or external vendor.

    • Cc Events-Facilities & Duplicating Manager and requestor.

  11. Installation

    • Approximately 3 months from College Council approval for small installations, undetermined if large installation and facilities cannot install.

    • Facilities will not charge for installation of wall graphics on regular time.
