MJC Inter-Club Council (ICC) Elections 2026/2027

Are you passionate about improving campus life at MJC? Do you want to support student clubs, represent your peers, and help shape the campus life experience?

Get involved and make a difference by joining the Inter-Club Council (ICC) at Modesto Junior College! The ICC proudly represents all student clubs on campus, bringing students together to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and create a supportive, connected club community.

ICC Executive Elections are your chance to step into a leadership role and help shape club activities, events, and initiatives across campus. If you’re passionate about advocacy, organization, and teamwork, consider running for one of the following positions:

  • Speaker
  • Deputy Speaker
  • Clerk
Eligibility Requirements: Students must meet the following requirements to run
  • Be a current MJC student
  • Be enrolled in at least 5 units each semester
  • Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA
  • Have no more than 70 transferable units at MJC

Take the next step. Lead with purpose. Help shape the future of student clubs at MJC. Submit nomination starting February 27, 2026

 

ICC Election Timeline 

Nomination Period: February 27 - March 13, 2026
  • Open to all currently enrolled students who meet eligibility requirements. Interested students may submit a nomination application during this time.
Eligibility Review: March 16 - 25, 2026
  • Campus Life will review applications, verify eligibility, and notify qualified candidates via email.
Candidate Speeches: March 27, 2026
  • Candidates will deliver their speeches in person during the ICC meeting.
Voting: March 27, 2026
  • All ICC Representatives present at the meeting will vote in person. Candidates must be present during voting.
Election Results Announced: April 10, 2026
  • Election results will be announced at the ICC meeting.
