The Modesto Junior College (MJC) Real Estate Department offers a selection of introductory real estate courses in real estate principles, real estate practices, real estate finance, real estate law, real estate escrow, real estate residential appraisal, and other related real estate fields. The courses are designed to provide students with relevant information and skills needed to be active in the real estate profession in California. Students can attain an Associate's degree or Certificate of Completion in Real Estate as well as meet continuing professional education requirements in California. Students may also become qualified to take the California Real Estate Agent's exam. These real estate courses may also be transferable to particular four-year colleges and universities.
