Therapy Dogs coming to the Library & Learning Center on December 2nd & 3rd

Finals can be overwhelming, but the Library & Learning Center (L&LC) has a paws-itively delightful way to help students relax and recharge before the big tests. Trained therapy dogs from Paws4Friends will be at the L&LC to help melt away stress. A little dog therapy is just what students need to lower blood pressure and boost mood before going back to the books.

  • Wednesday, December 3, 2025 | 10:30-11:30 AM (West L&LC)

No need for an appointment—drop by with study buddies, take a break, and enjoy some quality dog time.

Why Therapy Dogs?

Stress Relief

Studies show that spending time with therapy animals can significantly lower stress levels. Pet a dog, take a breather, and feel the anxiety melt away!

Feel-Good Vibes

Paws4Friends brings in certified therapy dogs, all trained to be calm, friendly, and ready for some serious belly rubs. Prepare for those dopamine boosts as you snuggle with the dogs.

Recharge for Success

A quick visit with our furry friends can reset your mood and help you head back into your studies with a fresh perspective.

In the midst of cramming or just need a moment of calm? This is the perfect way to reset your brain and keep those stress levels in check.
