Imposter Syndrome: You Are More Capable Than You Think  |  Oct 14, 2025  |  2:00pm

Have you ever accomplished something but still felt like you didn’t really deserve it? Like at any moment, someone’s going to figure out you’re not as capable as they think? That’s called imposter syndrome and trust me—you’re not the only one who feels this way.

Let’s talk about it. This session is a chance to explore where these feelings come from, why so many of us experience them, and how to stop doubting ourselves so much. We’ll share real stories, laugh at some relatable memes, and walk away with practical ways to build confidence. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to feel seen and supported.
