Overview
The Associate of Science (AS) in Management degree is designed to prepare students
for management roles within for-profit and non-profit organizations. The fundamental
functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are emphasized as students
learn to efficiently and effectively manage people and processes within small, mid-size,
and large companies. Students will study and apply the theory and techniques of problem-solving,
communication, leadership, teamwork, quality performance, ethics, and social responsibility
to real-world business scenarios.
