Unfortunately, there is no on-campus housing available for students. Students will need to rent an apartment or a room in a family’s home.
The average cost of a two-bedroom apartment in Modesto is $1150 (with room for a roommate). One-bedroom apartments are somewhat less than that. In both cases, utility fees may be added or included in the monthly price.
A room rented in a family home ranges from $350 to $450 monthly depending on what is provided.
Deposits of one month’s rent or a security deposit is generally required in addition to the first month’s rent.
