On June 13th, MJC's VP of Student Services, Andrea Wilson, attended the Juneteenth Symposium at California State University Sacramento for the Black Honors College Signing Ceremony. The ceremony memorialized a long term partnership between the Black Honors College at Sacramento State and 15 community colleges.

MJC Pride Scholars is excited to host its annual Pride Education Conference on June 28th in MSR on West Campus. Come join our community from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm and enjoy the celebration with your friends and school mates. There will be live entertainment, food, fun resource booths, and informative panels all during the conference. This is also a great opportunity to learn more about the resources available on campus for our LGBTQ+ students. MJC Observes Summer Hours Through August 16th

MJC East and West Campus and Yosemite Community College District are currently operating under a summer hour schedule, May 6th through August 16th. College and District facilities and services will be open to the public from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and closed on Fridays. Campus will be closed to observe the following holidays, Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day), Wednesday, June 19th (Juneteenth Holiday), Thursday, July 4th (Independence Day).
