Completing the PSR Program equips participants with a core set of essential skills for entry-level positions in human services and provides nine units of college credit required to take the national certification exam to become a Certified Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner.
This program not only offers foundational training for those new to the field but also supports the continued development of current human services professionals. Additionally, the Skills Recognition earned through the PSR Program serves as a step on the educational and career ladder, leading toward further credentials such as the Human Services Certificate of Achievement and/or a Human Services Degree. All courses in the program count as electives or required coursework for the Human Services Degree at Modesto Junior College.</listing-description><school>Behavioral &amp; Social Sciences</school><degree-type>Skills Recognition</degree-type><subject>Social Work and Human Services</subject><time-to-complete>12 Major Units</time-to-complete><requirements-link>https://mjc.elumenapp.com/catalog/2026-2027/program,psychosocial-rehabilitation-mjc-spring-2027</requirements-link><contact-one/><contact-two/></item>
