There are many things you can do while visiting a college's web site. Here are some ideas:

• Read about your major in the catalog to see if it's what you're looking for. Get the phone number
   and e-mail address so that you can request more information.
• Make a copy of the major requirements and show them to your counselor for help figuring out what MJC courses you should take.
• Check out the application deadlines and procedures. Is the SAT or any other test required?
• Find out how many units are needed to transfer.
