All new and returning students who have not yet earned an Associate Degree or higher, regardless of educational goal, even those who attended an orientation session one or more years ago, must first complete Orientation followed by Assessment Testing before meeting with a Counselor.
Please wait one (1) hour (during business days) after submission of your application to complete the online orientation. Go to: mjc.edu (Note: First timer log in users - the ID is your 'w' number using a lower case 'w' and the password is your six (6) digit birthdate.
Orientation covers MJC resources, services, rules, regulations, and how to register for classes.
Note: You will not be permitted to meet with a Counselor until you have first completed Orientation in ONE of the below formats followed by Assessment Testing.
