Fill out the form to request videos to be captioned and audio recordings to be transcribed.
Please submit videos at least two weeks in advance. Videos are processed in the order received. We encourage you to submit videos as soon as possible.
Once you have requested materials, they are in the process of being captioned and you may show them in class. However, contact alternate media if the date of showing the video(s) is coming up and you have students who are hearing impaired and/or require the captioning as their primary means of accessing the audio-visual materials.
** PLEASE DO NOT BRING CHILDREN WITH YOU FOR AN APPOINTMENT **
