See a counselor now!  

The Counseling Office will be closed until 3:30 pm on Friday, August 22nd and Counselors will be available starting August 25th. 

  • Last day to see a counselor prior to the Fall 2014 semester starting is Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
  • Appointments are not offered in the summer.  Walk-ins are available for quick questions and/or a one-semester plan.
  • NOTE: Financial Aid appeals can only be done on a walk-in if there is an existing Ed Plan that is less than 1 year old and the student is not changing the major.
  • Students who are currently enrolled in Fall 2014 classes will be able to book appointments starting Wednesday, August 27th 2014. 

“Office” hours and “Walk-in” hours are not the same.

Walk-in Hours (summer semester):

Monday - Thursday
8:00 am - 4:00 pm 

Counselors are generally available during these times.  Schedules are subject to change.  *Please note, this service is first-come, first-served.  If you plan to arrive after 12:00 pm, please call (209) 575-6080 in advance to find out if we can still accommodate you in the same day.
