The Transfer Center offers a variety of services and resources to help transfer students make a smoother transition from MJC to the university system. Being a transfer student means you are beginning your bachelor's degree at MJC. After you transfer, you will complete your "upper division" coursework and graduate from the University.
Getting an AA-T or an AS-T Degree......
makes it easy to transfer from a California community college into the CSU system.
The Associate Degree for Transfer (AA-T or AS-T) is a special, new degree offered at California Community Colleges. To pursue this special degree rather than a traditional AA or AS degree, you should meet with a counselor to develop an education plan that puts you on the path toward the AA-T or AS-T degree.
