We are looking for a few good students to hire!

 

• Are you a student at Modesto Junior college?

• Are you currently enrolled in 6 units or more?

• Do you qualify for Federal Work-Study?

If you answered “Yes” to all of these questions, you may qualify for employment as a work study student in the Literature and Language Arts Division at MJC.

We are currently looking for students to work in the following areas: Division Office, East Campus Writing Center (PVL 117), West Campus Writing Center (Sierra Hall 214), and our computer labs in Founders Hall and Sierra Hall.

Bring the completed application and your resume to our Division Office, East Campus, Journalism Building, Room 180.

Our committee will review your application and resume. If you meet all of the qualifications, we will contact you for an interview.

If hired, your work start date would be either Monday, August 22 or Monday, August 29.

Salary is determined by the Federal Work Study program. It is currently $8.00 per hour.
