MJC provides very accessible courses designed to help you improve and polish office skills.  

Open-Entry/Open-Exit

Many of MJC’s Office Administration courses are offered “open-entry/open-exit” which means you may add a course until the 12th week of the semester.  

Convenient Times

Courses are offered in the Office Administration Center where you can work at times most convenient for you, DAY OR EVENING. Instructors will work with you on an individual basis.

1. First, you must attend one of our 1-hour orientation sessions as listed below:

Fall 2010 Office Administration Center Orientation Schedule:

• August 28: 9 a.m. (PVL 107)
• August 30: 11:45 a.m. (PVL 119), 2:20 p.m. (PVL 102), 3:55 p.m. (PVL 102), 5:35 p.m. (PVL 129)
• August 31:  8:30 a.m. (PVL 107), 11:45 a.m. (PVL 119), 3:55 p.m. (PVL 102)
• September 1: 11:45 a.m. (PVL 119), 2:20 p.m. (PVL 102), 3:55 p.m. (PVL 102)
• September 2:  8:30 a.m. (PVL 107), 11:45 a.m. (PVL 119), 3:55 p.m. (PVL 102)
• September 3:  8 a.m. (PVL 126), 11:45 a.m. (PVL 119)

2. Then, you can enroll in an Office Administration course. Details will be provided in the orientation sessions. You may preview courses offered in our program by selecting the "Office Administration" program in our Class Search.
