Classical Guitar magazine has called Benjamin Verdery "one of the classical guitar world's foremost personalities.  Verdery is an American original.  The New York Times calls him "iconoclastic and inventive."  His recording of SOME TOWNS AND CITIES won the 1992 Guitar Player Magazine Best Classical Recording.
