About the Admissions Office
Please note: Effective with Spring 2012 Registration students who do not pay their fees within ten (10) days of registering for class(es) will be dropped for Non Payment of Fees. Students with current active BOG fee waivers before registration, will not be affected.  Drop for Non-Payment Questions and Answers

Admissions provides an Admissions application via the web as well as web and over-the-counter registration systems for credit and non-credit programs.  We monitor all student registration transactions, including but not limited to: adds, drops, election of pass/no pass; processes enrollment verifications; time conflict resolutions; and residency status determination.

Most admissions services are available on our website. The online registration system is available seven days per week from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m. The Student HelpDesk, in addition to the Admissions Office, is staffed during the Summer, Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and can be reached at 209-575-7900. The campus is closed on Fridays during the summer from May 7th through August 20th.

Admissions will be closed on the following holidays during the Spring 2012 semester:
