MJC Theatre stages thriller Wait Until Dark
The Modesto Junior College Theatre Department will present Wait Until Dark by Frederick Knott on May, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23 at 7:30 p.m. and on May 24 at 2 p.m. in the Little Theatre, located in the southwest corner of the Performing and Media Arts Center, near the corner of College and Stoddard Avenues on East Campus.

Wait Until Dark is a suspenseful thriller that revolves around a blind housewife who becomes the target of three thugs in a desperate search for drugs they think may be in her house. The MJC production is directed by theatre professor Lynette Borrelli and the play's setting was switched from Greenwich to San Francisco. The cast includes Steven Linhares (last seen as Ali in Oklahoma), Meredith Mitchell, Sean Trew, Tim Glidewell and featuring Ciera Miller, Josh Scoles, Sam Mellor and Marissa Russo.

Tickets are $10 general admission and $8 for students and seniors and are available online at http://mjc.tix.com, at the Box Office on Tuesday through Friday, 12 noon to 5 p.m., 575-6776, or at the door 90 minutes before each performance.
