Workshop Presenter,

On behalf of the MJC Hispanic Education Conference, we are requesting your support and participation by inviting you to be a Workshop Presenter at this year’s conference. Many career and general interest workshops have been offered in the past and we are hoping to do the same this year. The conference will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at the MJC Performing & Media Arts Center starting at 8:00 am.

The main goals of our conference are to encourage our local Hispanic/Latino high school youth to choose a career path, focus on a goal and/or, hopefully, enlighten students about the multitude of choices available to them upon completion of high school. Also, we are offering the participants an opportunity to see various role models from diverse occupational areas. We hope students leave the conference feeling inspired and motivated to pursue their educational or career goals. It is with your help we can make this happen.

Please return the Workshop Presenter Request Form no later than February 28, 2014, at the address listed below or if you prefer you can fax it at (209) 575-6408. Additionally, you are invited to join us for lunch, and have an opportunity to enjoy the event’s festivities.

We thank you in advance for your willingness to participate as we look forward to your participation as a Workshop Presenter. If you have any questions, please call me at (209) 575-6698 or e-mail
