MJC Technology Services specialists provide desktop support to staff and faculty across the campus. 

Need help or assistance with your college computer; printer; scanner or other peripheral device?   Submit a work order one of two ways:

• Call 575-7800 during normal business hours and submit a work order. A highly trained specialist will be assigned to get things right. 
  
  OR

• If you are on campus, you can submit a work order online using http://helpdesk. While in your office, simply open up a browser and type "helpdesk" in the address area. You'll be able to electronically submit a work order right away.

• There are a number of forms available at http://helpdesk . If you plan to move your desk or office, request to move a lab, would like a new computer, would like an additional office computer, etc., submit a work order and mail in the completed form to MJC - Technology Services.
