2. Type your name, contact information AND division.
3. Type Account number to be charged.
4. Include what you need:
•quantity of copies needed
•one-sided or two
•3-hole punch
•stapled
•collated
•color of paper
•are you picking your job up in Duplicating or not
4. Desired date of completion.
