Respondus Test Creation Software

Any faculty member who is currently teaching an online or hybrid course (or who has been scheduled to teach one) is eligible to download and use this time-saving tool!   Here's what it can do for you:

  • Create tests and test pools on your local computer and upload them directly into any Blackboard course
  • Import quiz items created in Word for use in Blackboard (requires some minor editing prior to upload)
  • Download item data from tests you've given for easier analysis
  • Use it to easily download test banks available via the Respondus Test Bank Network.   (Note: not all publishers participate nor are all test banks available)

If you fit the criteria above, contact Jim Clarke via email at clarkej@mjc.edu and request an Install Key.    Not teaching an online or hybrid course but would like to purchase the software yourself?    Access the download site at www.respondus.com.   Each license costs $69 and can be installed on up to 2 computers.
