The Office of Distance Education is committed to providing faculty with the support they need in order to create high quality online course content. The Coordinator of Distance Education is available five days a week to assist instructors who have committed to the creation of a new online or hybrid course. He's also available to answer questions for any faculty member using the Blackboard system.
Not sure where to begin? The first step is to participate in an Faculty Training Academy. These sessions are offered throughout the year at varying days and times. Once you've completed the required 17 hours of training, you'll be ready to begin the process of building your first online course!
