Help Desk for Online Students
Guidance for the Online Help Desk operations and procedures has come from online faculty and instructional staff. Questions that deal with obvious course content issues will be directed immediately to faculty via transfer to their office email/voice mailbox. Simple technical questions will be handled by the staff member answering the telephone. The goal of the Help Desk is a "one-stop shop" where students' questions, problems, etc. are dealt with quickly, with respect and courtesy. Our goal is to make every attempt to solve the problem at the time the student calls; if we can't, we will make every effort to resolve it within one working day.

Summer 08 Help Desk Hours
Regular Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (closed 11:30 am to 12:00 p.m.) (See extended hours below)
Extended Hours - M thru Th from 5:30 to 7 pm - Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm These hours start on Jan. 5 and end on Jan. 18
