The Disability Services Office requires documentation pertaining to your disability in order to assist you. Before we can determine appropriate accommodations for services, you will need to make an appointment for an interview, and provide current documentation, usually prepared within the last three years, from a certified or licensed professional. Once we complete the interview, your documentation will be reviewed. The overall goal of the program is to increase the opportunity for student success of eligible students.
