What is the Help Desk for Online Students?

The Blackboard Help Desk: Students currently enrolled in online, hybrid or enhanced courses should call or email for Blackboard-related questions.

What kind of help we offer: The MJC Blackboard Help Desk answers Blackboard access-related questions and will be available to help students use the Blackboard tools.   If we can't solve the problem right away, we will make every effort to resolve any Blackboard-related issues within one working day. See the hours of operation below.

Blackboard Help Desk Spring '12 - Hours of Operation

The standard blackboard hours are:  

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday 7:30am-4:30pm (closed 11:30am-12:30pm)  

Thursdays from 12:00pm-9:00 pm (closed 3:30pm-4:30pm).

Extended Hours will be available from January 7 through January 15 . See the schedule below for dates and hours.              

Monday, January 9 through January 13,  5:30 pm-7:00 pm

Sat & Sun - Jan. 14 and 15 from 10 am to 1 pm.

The Online Help Desk will be closed on the following holidays:

Friday, February 17 - Lincoln's Birthday Holiday

Monday, February 20 - Washington's Birthday Holiday

Please note on Friday, February 3rd we will be unable to take calls from 9am until noon. Please call 209.575.7900 for assistance during that time.
