ACWA Awards
Each year, the Association of California Water Agencies offers two $3,000 scholarships to undergraduate students in the fields of water resources, public administration, engineering, irrigation technology and other water-related fields; and one $7,000 scholarship to a graduate student in water law, policy or public administration.

American Chemical Society Scholars Program
Designed to encourage African-American, Hispanic, and Native American students to pursue undergraduate college degrees in the chemical sciences. 100 scholarships up $2500 for freshman, $3000 for sophomores and $5000 for juniors and seniors. Change a Life Foundation Scholarships
Change a Life Foundation operates a scholarship program for Emancipated Youth throughout California and for graduating high school seniors in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange Counties.
Because this scholarship is not available to use at the community college level, only former foster youth who are ready to transfer to a four-year college can apply.
The Change a Life Scholarship Program wishes to bridge the financial gap that college-bound students face. The donor wishes to do this by providing scholarships to students with great potential, high financial need, strong academic demonstration and community/civic involvement. Scholarships are meant to assist economically disadvantaged students who excel academically to attend the University/College of their choice, with a scholarship of up to $5,000 to defray unmet needs such as: tuition, room and board, lab fees, books, and health care insurance.

COCA-COLA ALL-STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE ACADEMIC TEAM PROGRAM
Annually awards 400 scholarships, of $1,000 and $2,000, to students attending two-year higher-education institutions granting terminal degrees. Each campus can nominate one student.
Basic eligibility: Nominees must have at least a 2.5 GPA, have some community service or be employed part- or full-time, and be enrolled in at least two courses during the upcoming fall term a two-year institution.

The Volunteer Auxiliary Scholarship Program provides financial assistance to individuals pursuing careers in medical and healthcare related fields. Natural Resources Conservation Service Employees
*The Natural Resources Conservation Service is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. One of its employee groups is the National Organization of Professional Hispanic NRCS Employees. Through its $1,000 scholarships for deserving Hispanic students that wish to pursue or are pursuing a Bachelors degree in a natural resources conservation field of study. Orphan Foundation of America-Foster Care to Success Scholarships
All OFA scholarships are awarded based on a combination of merit and need, and funding levels are determined based on cost of attendance and other resources. Scholarship recipients as well as non-recipients will be notified via email in June 2013. Notification will be sent to the email provided in the application.
Applicants must: have been in public or private foster care for a minimum of 12 consecutive months at the time of their 18th birthday; OR have been adopted or placed into legal guardianship from foster care after their 16th birthday; OR they must have been orphaned for at least one year at the time of their 18th birthday; have been accepted into or expect to be accepted into an accredited, Pell-eligible college or other post-secondary school; be under the age of 25 on March 31 of the year in which they first apply; have been in foster care or orphaned while living in the United States. U.S. citizenship is not required.

Real Estate Scholarship Award
Qualifications: Real Estate Education Majors Only
Applicants must complete 6 units (or the quarter equivalent) of Real Estate classes for each semester/quarter funded.
