No prior registration is necessary. Arrive early. Latecomers will have to attend a later date.

Bring a pen or pencil.   The duration of this workshop is about 1 hour.

Financial Aid Disqualification: Petition and Extension Forms
If you have received notice that you have been placed on disqualification, you may submit a Financial Aid Petition or Appeal, depending on your situation.

Financial Aid Petition for Reinstatement - If you have not met the Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards of maintaining a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and/or successfully completing at least 67% of all units attempted, you may submit a Petition for Reinstatement. NOTE: You must complete the student portion of the form and take it with your to your counseling appointment.

Financial Aid Appeal for Extension - If you have not met your educational goal and have exceeded the maximum time frame (90 attempted units) or have received an AA/AS degree, you may submit an Appeal for Extension. NOTE: You must complete the student portion of the form and take it with your to your counseling appointment.
