BOG Fee Waiver- The California Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGW) assists eligible students with the enrollment fees by waiving the student's tuition fees (currently $26 per unit). To receive this assistance, students must complete a the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or complete the Fee Waiver Application. Students must be a California resident.
Federal and State Grants-A type of financial aid that does not have to be repaid; usually awarded on the basis of need.
Work Study Program- One of the campus-based programs; a part-time employment program which provides jobs for undergraduate and graduate students.
Loans-A type of financial aid that is available to students and their parents. Education loan programs have varying interest rates and repayment provisions. An education loan must be repaid.
