POSITION PURPOSE– A Managed Supply Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of customer promotion programs. This position will also assist the purchasing department with the ordering process and requires a high degree of professionalism in managing customer issues.

Minimum Required

 Minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service or purchasing experience.

 High school diploma or equivalent.

 Good working knowledge of MS Office applications. (Excel, Word, etc.)

 Must possess strong interpersonal and exceptional problem solving skills in addition to being a team player

 Must be detail oriented, highly accurate, conscientious, able to work independently, creative, and possess strong organizational skills

 Must be able to demonstrate clearly/concisely written and verbal communication skills

Preferred College degree

Duties and Responsibilities

 Assist with activities to enable restaurants to begin ILS.

 Execute activities in support of ILS DC daily operation.

 Assist with activities in support of restaurant and MLI (Perseco).

 Provide support to ensure proper execution of national or local promotions.

 Manage proper inventory levels of all happy meal items by creating purchase orders based on allocations.

 Create memos, update voicemail prompts and bulletins to restaurants with recommended order quantities or courtesy shipment information.

 Assist purchasing in new item set up.

 Follow promotional item allocation procedures. Direct quantity distribution of promotional items to Customer Service Representatives. Regularly updates Customer Service Representatives as to current allocation requirements.

 Coordinates the collection of promotional information; implements effective distribution of all promotional items.

 Manages and researches all promotions (food and non-food items).

 Creates, for approval, and maintains a supply plan for all food promotions with timely updates (pre-promo, during promo and post-promo).

 Other duties as assigned
