Schedule: M-F, 8-5pm; 30-40 hrs/wk average

Rate of Pay: $9.25 per hour plus commission

The Call Center Agent’s primary responsibility will be to generate marketing calls representing a diverse client base. Marketing calls include but are not limited to: calls resulting in contacting senior level executives to schedule appointment times for our clients, conduct research and surveys, and gather product information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Telemarketing experience preferred but not required

SKILLS:

• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook

• Ability to type 35 wpm

• Ability to learn and utilize specialized software (e.g. TeleMagic, CRM)

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished either written, or orally.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS SETS:

• Ability to read and understand product on client scripts

• Ability to navigate and understand database including:

Accessing account information, Utilizing notes database

• Learn rebuttal techniques

• Follow “Do Not Call” policy

• Ability to transition from one industry account to a different industry account

*Complex accounts include but are not limited to:

Payroll, 401K, Technology Industry

• Ability to learn basic insurance knowledge such as:

Workers Comp, Liability, Health insurance, Life insurance

• Ability to learn and implement scripts based on current knowledge and additional training on client’s products

Job Title: Macy’s Store Associate

Job Type: full-time, part-time

Our Store Associates are vital to delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results. While all positions require working as part of a team to meet department and store objectives, your individual responsibilities as a Store Associate may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise and ready for sales events, or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.

Key Accountabilities:

• Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.

• Inspiring the customer to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of you, Macy's, and the purchase.

• Ensuring that fitting rooms are ready for customers by promptly clearing our merchandise and returning it to the proper area of the selling floor.

• Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed

• Receiving new merchandise shipments, and preparing them for the selling floor.

• Learning Macy's systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and complete support duties.
