Official Transcripts

We are pleased to announce the availability of a new Online Transcript Ordering service.  Transcript Ordering allows current students and alumni to order their official transcript via the Web at any time, 24/7.  Students can order as many transcripts as they like in one online session using any major credit card.  To order an official Modesto Junior College go to www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.mjc.edu using the Transcript Request link located on the homepage.

Regular	$7.25	Five (5) business days      plus USPS mailing time	Transcript may be picked up five (5) days after order received w/ photo ID.
Rush	$12.25	One business day plus USPS mailing time	Transcript may be picked up the following business day after 10:00am w/ photo ID.
Express	$22.25	Same business day plus USPS mail time if the request received prior to 12 noon.	Transcript may be picked up the same business day if the request is received prior to 4:30pm w/ photo ID.

Additional Information:

• Two lifetime official (regualr service) transcripts are FREE when ordered through the mail!
• All subsequent copies are $7.25 per transcript for regular processing.
• Transcripts will not be processed if student has an official hold on their record by the college.
• Transcripts will not be processed if student has a financial obligation to the college.
• Transcript requests are not accepted by telephone (Family Education Rights & Privacy Acts of 1974).
• Transcripts will not be released to anyone, other than student, without written permission from student.
• Transcript request is available online at www.studentclearinghouse.org or www.mjc.edu
• Other institutions coursework will not be included on transcript.
• ID is required if student plans to pick up transcript.
