Official Transcripts
An official transcript of a student's academic record from Modesto Junior College is available through the Records Office. Modesto Junior College can mail the transcript to intended recipient or the student has the option of picking up the transcript.

Additional Information:
- Two lifetime official (standard service) transcripts are FREE!
- All subsequent copies are $5 per transcript.
- Transcripts will not be processed if student has an official hold on their record by the college.
- Transcripts will not be processed if student has a financial obligation to the college.
- Transcript requests are not accepted by telephone (Family Education Rights & Privacy Acts of 1974).
- Transcripts will not be released to anyone, other than student, without written permission from student.
- Transcript request forms are available in Records Office (in person) or on the web(mail/fax).
- Other institutions' transcript will not be included.
- ID is required if student plans to pick up transcript.
