The Modesto Junior College Student Records Office staff update, maintain and distribute student records, including official transcripts, as well as, assist students to:
> Update their mailing address
> Correct personal information
> Accept official regionally accredited transcripts
from another institution for evaluation
> Accept official high schooltranscripts
> Accept assessment test score from other Jr colleges
> Apply for an AA/AS degree or duplicate
> Apply for a Certificate of Achievement or duplicate
> Apply for Academic Renewal
> Accept Grade Improvement Intent
> Receive AP scores directly from College Board
