The Student Records Office staff at Modesto Junior College update, maintain and distribute student records, including official transcripts, as well as, assist students to:

  • Update their mailing address
  • Correct personal information
  • Accept official regionally accredited transcripts
    from another institution for evaluation
  • Accept official high school transcripts (graduation date posting required for certain departments and programs)
  • Accept assessment test score from another junior college
  • Apply for an AA/AS degree or duplicate
  • Apply for a Certificate of Achievement or duplicate
  • Apply for Academic Renewal
  • Accept Grade Improvement Intent
  • Receive AP scores directly from College Board
