Mission Statement

The mission of the, through the creation of an academic center which includes the development and maintenance of a basic textbook inventory and also provides support for other  bookstore is to serve members of the college and surrounding communitywritten source materials and academic supplies.

Pirates' Bookstore exists to complement the academic pursuits of the students, faculty and staff of Modesto Junior College, while maintaining an effective retail operation for the benefit of Yosemite Community College District on a continuing basis throughout the year.
