Grade Correction Application

Limitations:

   1) Students may not apply to change a Credit/No Credit grade to a letter grade or a letter grade to Credit/No Credit.

   2) There is a one-year limit for a student to request a grade change.

Form Available: Office of Student Success, Library Basement, Room 20

Instructions: As noted on form.

Review/Approval by: Petitions Committee.  The Petitions Committee meets the first Wednesday of each month during the academic year.  The deadline for submission is the preceding Friday.  Applications submitted after this time will be reviewed the following month.

Student Notification: The Office of Student Success will send a letter to the student within 10 days of committee review.
